Sales and Customer Experience Lead

Nuffield Health is a leading healthcare charity that offers a unique opportunity for a Sales and Customer Experience Lead to join our team. As a Sales and Customer Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service advisers who are the first point of contact for new patients.
As a Sales and Customer Experience Lead, you will work closely with the Director of Operations and Patient Services Manager to achieve departmental targets through effective leadership of your team. Your responsibilities will include reviewing current processes, ensuring resource is effectively managed towards budgetary requirements, supporting and developing your team, evaluating and highlighting potential areas of improvement, and working together with other team leaders to achieve SLA and revenue targets for the department.
