About the Role

Fujifilm Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product/Marketing Manager to join our team in the Surgical Endoscopy division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase market share for our Surgical Endoscopy products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our Surgical Endoscopy products, including product launches, trade shows, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and R&D, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals to gather market insights and feedback on our products.
  • Develop and manage budgets for marketing initiatives, ensuring effective ROI and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform marketing strategies and product development.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Lead and manage marketing teams, including marketing coordinators and specialists, to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on medical devices or healthcare products.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase market share.
  • Strong understanding of the Surgical Endoscopy market and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with KOLs, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret market data and develop effective marketing strategies.
  • BA/BS or equivalent degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
