The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in education, preferably in a teaching assistant role. You will be confident in the classroom, able to take direction from the Class Teacher, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential for this role.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you can expect competitive rates of pay, support from a dedicated consultant, and access to a range of unique positions in our schools.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting the Teacher with classroom preparation
  • Working with the first aid team as a first responder
  • Experience working with pupils in KS3- KS4
  • 1:1 work with students who require additional support
  • Leading group work
  • Helping the class teacher with pupil observations
