**Safety Team Member (Nights)**

**Location**:Queens Park House**

**Hours andRota**:25.5 hours per week. Safety Team Members work 3 night shifts out of 7 between the hours of 10/10.30pm and 7/7.30am. Shift pattern variations may apply.

**Salary**:£17,859 - £18,943 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits

From responding to emergencies, handling disputes and making our students feel at home, no two nights will be the same As a Safety Team Member you will have the opportunity to make a real impact at work, enriching lives with meaningful interactions.

**What you'll be doing as a Safety Team Member**:

- Patrolling multiple properties to keep our students and employees safe
- Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies
- Helping students who are locked out of their rooms
- Providing outstanding customer service to our students
- Reporting on incidents electronically

- Calm under pressure, approachable and fair
- Confident working alone and comfortable working as part of a team
