Healthcare Support Professional

This position entails leadership, caregiving, and support services to ensure the well-being and comfort of older individuals.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Create and execute personalized care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Monitor vital signs and maintain general health to prevent complications.
- Communicate effectively with families to keep them informed about their relative's progress.
- Organize engaging activities to stimulate social interaction among residents.
- Complete medication reports accurately and on time to maintain health records.
- Assist with daily living tasks to promote independence and dignity.
- Provide meal service and assist with feeding when required.
Senior Care Workers may work in care homes or provide direct support to individuals in their residences.
