Senior Business Insights Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Insight Manager to join our team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Market Intelligence Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop fact-based answers to complex business questions, leveraging our cutting-edge analytics tools and consumer intelligence platform.
- Become a market expert in one or more categories or industry segments, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Deliver insightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients, showcasing the value of our Market Intelligence solutions.
- Coordinate client services across countries and categories, ensuring seamless delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
- Onboard clients on our gfknewron platform, driving adoption and engagement through clear ROI and business value.
- Drive gfknewron usage with senior stakeholders in the client organization, demonstrating the platform's capabilities and benefits.
- Collect and provide feedback to product teams on platform functionality and features, as well as to Operations and other teams on non-platform issues.
- Help improve renewal rates by demonstrating clear business outcomes and value, driving long-term client relationships and growth.
- Identify leads for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with clients, collaborating with account management and other business unit teams.
- Collaborate with other business unit teams to identify opportunities for strategic assignments, driving new business growth and revenue streams.
- Coordinate internal client services nationally and internationally, ensuring consistency and excellence across all markets.
- Run final quality checks for the GfK seal of quality, validating our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
