We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Therapist to join our Emotion Regulation Pathway team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in Structured Clinical Management and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, working with individuals experiencing emotion regulation and interpersonal relationship problems.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with high levels of self-awareness and the ability to reflect on their own clinical practice. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build effective working relationships with service users and other professionals.

A key aspect of this role is the provision of high-quality training and supervision, allowing you to enhance your therapeutic and case management skills. Our model of small teams working within CMHTs promotes safety, confidence, and wellbeing among staff, while preventing burnout.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, depending on experience, as well as 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing to 29 days after 5 years' service.
