Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at BerkshireHealthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in patient care, participating in consultant ward rounds/MDTs to improve medicines optimisation and ensuring safe, cost-effective prescribing.

Main Duties
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work alongside the Clinical Pharmacy Technicians to implement and deliver a 28-day one stop dispensing service, promoting self-administration of medicines and supporting ward staff to maintain adequate pharmacy stock levels. You will also be involved in regular audit work in defined areas of practise to help further improve standards of care for patients of the Trust.
