We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at BerkshireHealthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in patient care, participating in consultant ward rounds/MDTs to improve medicines optimisation and ensuring safe, cost-effective prescribing.
Main Duties
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will work alongside the Clinical Pharmacy Technicians to implement and deliver a 28-day one stop dispensing service, promoting self-administration of medicines and supporting ward staff to maintain adequate pharmacy stock levels. You will also be involved in regular audit work in defined areas of practise to help further improve standards of care for patients of the Trust.

Required Qualifications and Experience
To be considered for this role, you will need a Master's Degree in Pharmacy, successful completion of pre-registration training year, and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). You will also require experience of working in a hospital setting and relevant clinical pharmacy skills.
