Service Manager for Older Adults

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Older Person Service Manager to join our team at Longhurst Group. As a key member of our Sheltered Housing team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our older residents.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of housing facilities for older individuals, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
- Manage behavioral standards and address cases of anti-social behavior within the service.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to maintain high standards for repairs, refurbishments, and grounds maintenance.
- Coordinate and deliver support services tailored to the needs of older residents, including healthcare, social activities, and general assistance.
- Foster a sense of community among residents through organizing and promoting social events, activities, and support groups.
- Implement and monitor quality assurance measures to ensure the highest standards of care and satisfaction among residents.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures to maintain a safe and legally sound environment for residents.
- Highly organized with excellent administration skills.
- Strong communication skills across various channels (face-to-face and digital).
- Confidence in digital skills.
