As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring high standards of quality workmanship, and supporting continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

* Greet customers cheerfully and attend to their requirements promptly
* Obtain and record customer/vehicle details and accurate description of work to be carried out
* Liaise with the Foreman/Service Manager on the progress of vehicles in the Workshop
* Inform customers of any delay in completion
* Maintain the Workshop loading system
* Inform customers of any work which it has not been possible to carry out and arrange future appointments for completion
* Prepare cash and account invoices
* Present cash customers with an invoice and receive payment before the vehicle is removed from the premises
* Deal with customer queries and complaints
* Ensure that information required for Warranty items is recorded on the Job Card
* Liaise with Parts Department regarding parts on order for vehicles in the Workshop/Service customers/forthcoming bookings
* File Job Cards and other documentation
* Help achieve sales targets as set out by the Aftersales Service Manager

Requirements:

* Strong Customer Service/Administrative experience
* Flexible approach and a positive attitude
* Motor Trade experience is desirable but not essential
* Excellent communication skills
* Experience in a selling/customer service environment
* Full driving licence
* Evidence of 'Right to Work' in the UK
