This apprenticeship programme offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in food and drink engineering maintenance, working alongside our skilled team members and gaining insight into the world of Coca-Cola products.

The Opportunity
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is committed to attracting and developing new talent into our business, providing a scope to accelerate learning and identify potential. This apprenticeship programme allows you to do just that, learning on the job and working with expert technicians in our manufacturing sites.
- This 4-year programme will see you immersed in the world of engineering operations, working with internal teams and external partners.
- The first six months of the programme will be full-time residential at Northwest Training Council in Liverpool, with accommodation fully funded by CCEP. Post the first six months, you will be assigned to a CCEP manufacturing location, aiming to place you near your home location.
- Upon successful completion, you will achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Food and Drink Maintenance Engineering.
- Your starting salary for the programme is £23,510, with annual salary reviews each year.

What We Expect of You
Think you have what it takes to be part of our apprentice programme? Just a few things we would need from you:
- We would expect you to have at least GCSE grades A* to C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- You should also be able to demonstrate a mechanical or electrical aptitude and have a strong desire to become a competent engineer.
- Eligible to work and have lived in the UK for 3 years minimum.
