**Job Title:** CNC Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CNC programmer to join our team in Lincoln, working with 2 WFL machines (5 axis) to produce our Multi Throw Crankshafts. As a CNC programmer, you will be responsible for turning, milling, drilling, boring, and V/cuts, as well as inspecting the product where necessary and programming to highly detailed drawings using Siemens software.

**Job Responsibilities:** The primary responsibilities of this role include:
• Taking full control of 2 WFL machines (5 axis)
• Working at low volume to a high quality
• Turning, milling, drilling, boring, and V/cuts
• Inspecting the product where necessary
• Programming to highly detailed drawings using Siemens software

**Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience working with 5-axis machines and have online programming experience using programs such as Siemens, Fanuc, etc. You should also have offline programming experience using CAD/CAM software like Infusion 360 and SolidWorks. Furthermore, you will need to have used MRP software in the past and be qualified through either apprenticeship, NVQ, BTECH, HNC/HND, or by experience.

**Salary and Benefits:** The estimated salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum, with benefits including 21 days' holiday + statutory holidays that rise with service, flexible working hours, pension contribution, company bonus, and overtime available. The location of the job is Lincoln, with commutable locations including Sleaford, Newark-on-Trent, Horncastle, Gainsborough, Market Rasen, Grantham, Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Retford, Worksop, and Louth.
