Our company is seeking an Equipment Specialist to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our equipment and machinery.

We are a well-established Crankshaft manufacturer with a rich history, and our success is built on our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. Our services include:

  • Initial inspection and assessment of equipment
  • Repairs and maintenance to extend equipment lifespan
  • Final inspection and certification of repaired equipment

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Reacting to breakdowns of machines in our workshop
  • Conducting regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment
  • Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues

You should possess:

  • Excellent mechanical knowledge and experience
  • Aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, apprenticeship)

The estimated annual salary for this position is £35,000, with benefits including:

  • Up to 21 days holiday plus statutory leave
  • Pension contribution
  • Company profit-related bonus
  • Sporadic paid overtime based on workload/breakdowns
  • No shift work - office hours Monday to Friday
