Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Lincoln. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth running and efficient performance of our machinery.



About the Role


The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and resolving maintenance issues, conducting routine checks, and implementing improvements to maintain peak operational efficiency.



Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain and repair equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives

To be successful in this role, you will need:



Requirements



  • Relevant trade qualification (e.g., HNC/HND or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar maintenance role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
