About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join JAM Recruitment's team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Operational Framework and Code of Practice, as well as supporting third-party inspections and recertification activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the Operational Framework and Code of Practice to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support third-party inspections and recertification activities to ensure the highest levels of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop, prioritize, and drive a detailed program of work across multiple facilities to meet business objectives.
  • Identify and promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance.
  • Assess the impact of proposed changes and implement them in a controlled manner to minimize disruptions.
  • Encourage transparency, standardization, and consistency across the organization to influence cultural change.
  • Continuously review JAM Recruitment's governance structures and arrangements to ensure they deliver appropriate levels of responsibility, accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrate diverse industry experience, such as Aerospace, Nuclear, Oil, or Pharmaceutical.
  • Hold a Qualified Auditor certification, such as LRQA.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £55.25 (umbrella rate - inside IR35).
  • A hybrid working arrangement with 2-3 days per week on-site in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria.
