We are looking for an experienced Training Coordinator Manager to join our team at FRP Advisory. As a key member of our People function, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and administer various L&D initiatives across the organization, working closely with the L&D Senior Manager and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external providers, ensuring high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our employees.
- Design and deliver online training courses using industry-leading tools such as Rise and Storyline 360.
- Collaborate with the L&D Senior Manager to identify training needs across FRP, using data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback.
Requirements:
- A recognized Learning and Development qualification or PTTLLS training qualification, or willingness to work towards a professional qualification.
- Previous experience in a Learning and Development administrative role.
Compensation: The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
