  • Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and other experimental methodologies to assess the impact of changes on key performance metrics.
  • Monitor test performance, analyze results, and derive actionable insights to drive optimization recommendations and inform future testing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of testing processes, methodologies, and results to facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and scalability within testing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with PPC Managers, Marketing Managers, and other teams to align data analysis with the channel and company's goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in digital marketing analytics and proficiency in Excel and Google Ads.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, conduct A/B testing, and provide recommendations for optimizing campaign strategies.
  • Knowledge of statistical methods and techniques for analyzing marketing data.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
