Site Quality Controller Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Site Quality Controller to join our Project Team at Maxim Recruitment in South London.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the construction industry, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods, and legal requirements. A strong understanding of the building industry and the ability to demonstrate technical proficiency in identifying defects, snaps, and construction quality is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site inspections, identifying any defects or issues that may impact the quality of the project.
  • Collaborate with clients throughout the project, providing regular updates and ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining accurate, reliable data for asset management strategies and compliance.
