Main Responsibilities

As a key member of the NOVARES team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and productivity of APU processes. Your primary focus will be on improving performance, safety, quality, cost, time, and environmental aspects.

Key Objectives
  • Monitor and control the day-to-day process to optimize results.
  • Contribute to improving production efficiency, scrap rate, and technical productivity.
  • Develop and implement technical standards, reference standards, and business operating procedures.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance planning and develop skills of setter technicians or equipment operators.
  • Analyze scrap and waste, technically solve quality problems, and create configuration tracking sheets.
  • Ensure production equipment reliability and recommend innovative technical solutions.
  • Define and develop technical solutions with external service providers.
Training and Development

You will be responsible for providing training to process participants and ensuring the deployment and capitalization of technical skills within the APU.

Process Optimization
  • Optimize material consumption, reduce waste and scrap, and lead process optimization.
  • Perform tests and trials, draft test reports, and conduct PDCA cycles.
  • Capitalize on feedback and oversee SMED projects.
  • Implement new processes, guide and validate tool design, and develop new equipment.
  • Prepare new product/process launch projects and participate in technical aspects of process transfer.
Purpose and Essential Job Functions

This role is critical to the success of NOVARES, and you will be expected to work closely with various departments to achieve our goals.
