Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Technician to join our team at NOVARES. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and productivity of APU with improved performance, safety, quality, cost, time, and environment.
Main Responsibilities- Ensure day-to-day control of the process and contribute to improving production efficiency, scrap rate, and technical productivity of processes.
- Provide technical support for the APU by creating and developing technical standards, reference standards for settings, and business operating procedures.
- Participate in the equipment maintenance plan and develop the skills of setter technicians or equipment operators.
- Analyze scrap and waste from the process and technically solve quality problems to eliminate 'quality walls.'
- Create and update configuration tracking sheets for processes and their devices.
- Ensure production equipment reliability to improve quality and safety of existing equipment.
- Recommend innovative technical solutions for manufacturing processes to achieve productivity, quality improvement, or safety targets.
- Define and develop technical solutions with external service providers.
- Provide training for process participants and ensure the deployment and capitalization of technical skills within the APU.
- Control the update of processes and optimize material consumption, reduce waste, and scrap associated with processes and materials.
- Implement new processes and guide and validate tool design.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control.
