The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Leader to oversee all quality assurance and control functions at our manufacturing site. This role will play a critical part in driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating with various departments to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Develop and implement robust quality control procedures to maintain the highest standards of product excellence.
  • Manage regulatory compliance related to cosmetic manufacturing, ensuring alignment with all applicable laws and specifications.
  • Lead investigations into consumer complaints, identifying root causes and implementing effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and driving process optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, research & development, and supply chain, to achieve shared goals and deliver exceptional results.

Skills & Experience

  • A Master's degree in Chemistry or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience in quality assurance within the beauty or medical device industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and technical specifications governing cosmetic manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process control and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management abilities to effectively lead and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
