About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team as a Customer Support Specialist. As the main point of contact for customer enquiries and issues, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Accurately complete system-based transactions and maintain accurate records
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

About You

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
