About the Role: As a Physiotherapist at Barchester Healthcare, you will provide and supervise the delivery of quality physiotherapy in line with current evidence-based professional practice. This involves working closely with residents to create individual care plans and delivering them with each person's needs in mind. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in various areas of care, including neurological physiotherapy.

A key aspect of this role is assessing residents on arrival, creating personalized care plans, and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive the best possible care. If you have experience in NHS Band 6 or equivalent post-qualification experience and are passionate about providing person-centred care, we encourage you to apply.

Barchester offers an attractive salary of £44,000 - £51,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including free learning and development opportunities, profit share scheme, and holiday, retail, and leisure discounts.
