About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our care home team in a full-time permanent position. As a skilled Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physiotherapy services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments and create individual care plans for each resident, ensuring their unique needs are catered to.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each resident's requirements, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Deliver excellent physiotherapy services to our residents, maintaining a safe and supportive environment.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless care and effective communication.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current registration with the Health Professionals Council (HPC).
  • Membership with the Chartered Society of Physiology (CSP) and Association of Chartered Physiotherapists in Neurology (ACPIN).
  • Post-qualification experience at NHS band 6 or equivalent, preferably within a care home setting.
