Ophthalmology Nurse Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Theatre Scrub Nurse/ODP to join our team in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while adhering to policies and procedures.
About the Role:
- This is a full-time position offering 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, buy & sell flexi leave options, private pension scheme with up to 5% employer match, flexible shift patterns, enhanced parental leave policies, private medical coverage, life assurance, complimentary training and development, free on-site parking, subsidised staff restaurant, access to Employee Assistance Programme, cycle2work scheme, and access to Blue Light Card scheme.
Key Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will be registered with the NMC or HCPC and have previous theatre experience, specifically in Ophthalmology.
- Flexible and adaptable, the successful candidate will be passionate about patient-centered care and possess excellent organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team.
Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
