Customer Success Associate (Manager, Mobile Games)

At Trammell Venture Partners, L.L.C., we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer success function, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our developer partners on the ZBD platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, preferably in the mobile games industry, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be responsible for managing and owning customer relationships, providing proactive recommendations to improve developer performance, and assisting in the promotion of additional solutions or services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in creating resources and materials to aid developers with onboarding to the ZBD API, SDK, and new products/services.
  • Supporting the sale of additional services and solutions that ZBD offers to improve the developers' experience and performance on the platform.
  • Acting as a representative of ZBD with customers and providing first-line support in assessing issues/bugs that customers face, either resolving or escalating to internal teams as needed.

We're looking for a highly organized and accountable individual who can effectively balance short and long-term goals. Experience working with CRM (HubSpot) and customer support ticketing (Intercom) tools is a must. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong understanding of SQL, we want to hear from you

Requirements
  • 3+ years of work experience in a Customer Success role or similar, preferably for a technical product/solution.
  • Experience in the mobile games industry or services supporting the games industry is a must.
  • High degree of accountability and personal organization to effectively balance short and long-term goals.
  • Experience working with CRM (HubSpot) and customer support ticketing (Intercom) tools.
  • Functional understanding of SQL with the ability to leverage data visualization tools.
