About the Role

We are seeking a Housing Officer to provide housing management services to residents living in our Supported Accommodation buildings for Adults based in Hereford.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help navigate residents successfully through their licences/tenancies
  • Work within a team geared towards managing all tenancy-related issues that arise
  • Communicate with residents and ensure their living area is safe and habitable
  • Work closely with the support team on-site to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents

Requirements

  • Accurate administrator with attention to detail
  • Good with figures and resilient to work in a challenging environment
  • Experience in Housing Management is not essential, as full training will be given
