Job Title: Freight Train Rostering Specialist

About the Role

GTS International Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Transportation Planning Executive to lead workforce planning and rostering strategies within our fast-paced rail environment.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing freight train rosters, optimizing crew schedules, and ensuring seamless rail operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and build effective relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of railway operations, excellent communication skills, and experience in workforce planning and scheduling.

Estimated Salary: £62,000 per annum

Location: London - Hybrid Role
