Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Insurance Team Leader to join our team at Ardonagh Advisory. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Handlers and managing a portfolio of clients to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Account Handlers and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful management of client relationships.
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients, ensuring that all aspects of their insurance arrangements are met to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance products and services.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards, including FCA regulations and data protection laws.
