Total People seeks a highly skilled Learning Support Lead to join our SEND team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and providing expert guidance to colleagues.

We are looking for an individual with extensive experience working with young people and/or adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will possess strong organisational skills, be able to manage a busy workload, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation, research, and developments in SEND.
