Teaching Assistant Lead Position:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our team of teaching assistants at a Primary School in Richmond Upon Thames.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the provision of academic support to students and contributing to the overall educational environment of the school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a team of teaching assistants to provide academic support to students
  • Coordinating the planning and delivery of lessons and activities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to develop and implement effective lesson plans

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in education or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
