Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Risk Adjustment Expert to join our team. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for handling a range of claims, from complex to straightforward, and delivering excellent results under pressure.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement strategies to improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a broad caseload of claims, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to reduce elapsed timescales and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and expertise.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing changes to optimize processes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of experience in insurance claims handling, preferably with a recognized professional qualification.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and improving process efficiency.
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
What We Offer
