  • You will work with individuals to understand how their disability or health condition affects their daily life, using your clinical knowledge and assessment skills to make informed decisions.
  • A valid HCPC registration number is required, along with at least one year of post-registration experience gained within or outside of the NHS.
  • You must also have the right to work in the UK and excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computer software to type and produce detailed reports, you will be well-suited to this role.
