The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented coordinator and administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the Trustee Board and the Finance, Digital, and Governance directorate. The successful applicant will have experience in providing full secretariat support to high-level meetings and committees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality secretariat support to the Trustee Board and senior leadership team
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and travel arrangements
- Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior leadership teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
