The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented coordinator and administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting the Trustee Board and the Finance, Digital, and Governance directorate. The successful applicant will have experience in providing full secretariat support to high-level meetings and committees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality secretariat support to the Trustee Board and senior leadership team
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents
  • Coordinate and arrange meetings, events, and travel arrangements
  • Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior leadership teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
