We are seeking an experienced audiologist to manage our brand-new World of Hearing store, offering comprehensive hearing care services and products in a specialised, customer-centric environment. About the Role:

The Senior Audiology Clinic Manager will be responsible for leading a team of audiologists and hearing care professionals, providing expert consultations and tailored services to customers. Key aspects of this role include:

  • Interactive Experience: Customers can interact with various hearing solutions and receive hands-on demonstrations to better understand the benefits and functionalities of different products.
  • Personalised Service: Expert audiologists provide tailored consultations, ensuring each customer receives the most suitable hearing care solution based on their individual needs.
  • Comprehensive Assessments: Advanced hearing tests and assessments are conducted to accurately diagnose hearing issues and recommend appropriate treatments.
  • Education and Support: Informational resources and support services are available to educate customers about hearing health and assist them in making informed decisions.
  • Comfortable Environment: The stores are designed to be welcoming and comfortable, creating a positive atmosphere for customers to explore their hearing care options.

Person Specification:

  • BSc in Audiology or equivalent qualification.
  • Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) Registration.
  • 2+ years post-qualification experience.
  • Consistent clinical audit results.
  • Completion of CPD requirements.
  • Achievement of commercial targets.
  • Deep understanding of audiological principles and good administrative skills.
