**Job Summary:**

The Conveyancing Associate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Conveyancing team, including amending and collating letters with enclosures, securing signoffs from relevant lawyers, and handling post-completion tasks. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working within Conveyancing, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a strong ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support the Conveyancing team with routine and complex administrative tasks
  • Amend and collate letters with enclosures, ensuring strict adherence to deadlines
  • Secure appropriate signoffs from relevant Lawyers
  • Handle post-completion tasks with increasing levels of responsibility
  • Engage directly with clients, stakeholders, and third parties

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience working within Conveyancing with a solid understanding of procedures
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong ability to develop and maintain professional client relationships
  • Proven capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

We are offering a salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
