**The Firm**

This Legal 500 and Chambers ranked Top Tier regional firm are highly reputable across the North West. Though they have a rich heritage dating back several decades, they remain ahead of the curve by embellishing an innovative, forward-thinking, and dynamic approach that constantly allows them to evolve.

The firm boasts a contemporary and state of the art office, which they have recently moved to in the heart of the affluent town, Altrincham. They invest heavily into ensuring they are using and utilising the best technology available and have good infrastructure and excellent support teams, allowing you more time to focus on generating fee's and having more in the way of client contact.

The firm has a large mix of clients and work with some big names both from the City as well as the affluent area they operate in, making an interesting and varied client base. A large number of these clients have been long standing with them firm and often offer repeat business which gives you a flavour of their success. As well as this, some businesses use the firm as their outsourced legal department.

You will find there is very much an open-door policy where access to senior member of staff is commonplace. The firm places junior lawyers alongside Partners, ensuring that you do not just learn technical skills, but also equipped in becoming a strong business developer.

**The Role**

The firm are looking for a Residential Property Senior Associate to join their office in Altrincham.

The team are recognised in the Legal 500 and have an exceptionally high value caseload weighted towards all HNW and UHNW.

You will play a pivotal role in the department assisting the Head of Department with operational input, supervising junior team members and future strategic direction of the wider property group.

You will be dealing with a mixed caseload of complex conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of leaseholds and freeholds, deeds of easements, lease extensions, lease enfranchisement and re-mortgages.

The firm are looking for future leaders and will give you a platform to be able to progress within the firm.

**Requirements**:

- You will be a Solicitor with at least 8 years' experience
- You will have experience in handling HNW Residential Property cases, with strong exposure
