Nursing Care Leader

This is an excellent opportunity for a District Nurse Leader to join our team in North Trafford. As a key member of our Neighbourhood team, you will lead and co-ordinate nursing teams to provide high-quality care to adults in their own homes and community settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • To lead and motivate nursing teams to deliver exceptional patient care.
  • To work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To contribute to the development of the service by identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Salary and Benefits
