Job Overview

Endeavour Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Application Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing business applications.

About the Position:

  • Design and develop software solutions using C# and Microsoft .Net technologies.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to assess available technologies and recommend solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications for application code in collaboration with stakeholders.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A degree in Computer Science or proven experience within the industry.
  • 10 years' experience in analysis and development, including experience in C# development and core Microsoft .Net technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in file I/O, Winforms, and Win Services.
  • Extensive experience with SQL-Server database systems and understanding of SOA.
  • Demonstrated communication skills with Development and Program Managers.
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to mentor, motivate, and influence others.

Estimated Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 per annum, based on national averages and industry standards.
