About the RoleThis role offers a unique opportunity for a strategic sales leader to drive business growth and lead a high-performing sales team. As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand our customer base
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to ensure effective sales processes and meet revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and implement solutions
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of £95,000, bonus based on sales margin, company car allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.
