About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic Brand Marketing team at Crew Clothing Head Office. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Marketing Team in implementing and measuring the success of seasonal customer-focused marketing plans to deliver brand, seasonal, and product stories through an integrated campaign plan.
  • Responsible for the production and coordination of marketing campaign assets, ensuring they are on brand, delivered on schedule, and to budget.
  • Support the Retail Marketing Manager in managing the marketing budget, identifying savings where possible, and ensuring effective use of spend.
  • Be the first point of contact for the Retail Marketing Manager and respond to the Retail Helpdesk within 24 hours.
  • Assist with new store openings and individual store events, including pre, during, and post-evaluation.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
  • Excellent organisational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Commercial awareness.
  • Demonstrate initiative and ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, able to adapt to change and redefine goals as necessary.
  • A strong interest in marketing and PR.
