About the Role

The Transactions & Business Advisory (T&BA) team at DNV is a multidisciplinary team of experts from various backgrounds, including oil & gas, utilities, power, and renewable energy. We support companies and assets throughout their Energy Transition journey, with a focus on Due Diligence for Mergers and Acquisitions and Project Financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage or contribute to the delivery of technical due diligence projects for clients, supported by a large team and collaborating with colleagues across DNV's services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
  • Conduct asset integrity assessments, defect evaluations, and risk-based inspections, utilizing expertise in RBI and defect assessments.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement asset integrity management systems and processes.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements
  • Significant asset integrity experience in both operational and consulting settings.
  • Experience in due diligence processes and industry standards such as BSI PAS 55 and ISO 55000:2024.
  • Strong academic background in a relevant engineering or scientific discipline.
  • Excellent report writing, oral communication, and presentation skills.
  • Flexible attitude to working in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and provide recommendations.
