About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ty Cyfannol acute mental health unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality person-centred care to patients with mental health problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with mental health problems
  • Work effectively with patients, carers, and other professionals to achieve positive outcomes
  • Participate in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive environment
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to achieve shared goals
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification
  • Experience of working in an acute mental health setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
  • Physical fitness to undertake PMVA training
