Job Title: Luxury Apartment Building Maintenance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Apartment Building Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PRS LTD. As a Shift Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury apartment building's mechanical and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain and repair complex mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, pumps, chillers, air handling units, fans, electrical distribution, pipework, ductwork, and garage plant.
  2. Monitor and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, maintaining up-to-date certificates in designated building logbooks.
  3. Use Building Link to efficiently manage reactive help desk requests and provide feedback on activities undertaken and their status.

Requirements:
  1. 5+ years of experience as an Engineer with a suitable electrical or mechanical qualification.
  2. Ability to maintain and repair a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and/or plumbing systems.
  3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
