Job Description

Pearse Partners is seeking a seasoned Senior Director/Managing Director to lead our Infrastructure Investments team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the origination and execution of new investments in the European market.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Origination and Execution: Lead the identification, evaluation, and acquisition of new infrastructure investment opportunities in Europe.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the active management of existing infrastructure investments, including strategic direction and shareholder engagement.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop junior team members to enhance their skills and expertise in infrastructure investments.
  • Industry Network: Leverage your extensive network in the infrastructure space to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 years of professional experience in infrastructure investments, with at least 6 years in a fund management role.
  • Strong technical knowledge of financial models and infrastructure investment strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the European infrastructure market and its key players.
  • Proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
