Technical Services Manager

Hexagon Group Property Recruitment is pleased to partner with a globally recognised property managing agent to recruit a Technical Services Manager to oversee the technical operations at a high-end property in Central London.
This is a permanent opportunity with a salary of up to £75,000, bonus, various benefits, and numerous opportunities for career and personal development.
About the RoleThe Technical Services Manager will work closely with the estate management team to manage the day-to-day operations of the estate, focusing on managing M&E technical services through the effective management of maintenance contractors and specialist contractors.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, broad Technical FM operations experience, and experience auditing 3rd party suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage M&E technical services through effective management of maintenance contractors and specialist contractors.
- Work closely with the estate management team to manage the day-to-day operations of the estate.
- Audit 3rd party suppliers to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance and repair strategies to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with the estate management team to develop and implement energy and sustainability initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong mechanical and electrical background.
- Broad Technical FM operations experience.
- Experience auditing 3rd party suppliers.
- Experience working in high-end/landmark commercial properties.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
