">Sales Director - Secure Destruction Solutions
">Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to join our successful sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of the secure destruction industry and related regulations.
">Key Responsibilities
">The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and targeting new business opportunities with UK organisations with over 1,000 staff (FTSE 100, FTSE 250, Large Enterprise Accounts), developing and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and managing the sales pipeline.
">Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, relationship building, and closing deals
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the secure destruction industry and related regulations
- Experience in B2B sales (ideally service sales)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Self-motivation, ability to work independently, and willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required
Remuneration Package
">The estimated annual salary for this role is £40,000-£45,000, depending on experience, with additional earnings potential through an uncapped commission and bonus structure. A realistic estimate of additional earnings is £25,000-£40,000 per year.

">With a strong performance, your total earnings could reach up to £75,000 per annum.
