Role Overview

We are in search of a Quality Assurance Manager for our development in Rainham, Kent. In this role, you will manage the finishing aspects of our retirement apartments, ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include overseeing snagging processes, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations, and updating the Site Manager on progress.

Candidate Profile

Ideal candidates will possess a CSCS Supervisor Card along with relevant site experience. You should demonstrate composure under pressure and possess strong skills in managing construction timelines. A solid understanding of Health and Safety protocols is crucial, as is First Aid certification.
