About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Home Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting a sense of wellbeing and independence.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as making meals, keeping the home clean and tidy, and personal care tasks.
- Travel to visit clients and provide support according to their care plan and wishes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing a sense of security and trust.
Requirements:
- No experience is required, as we offer comprehensive in-house training. However, any previous care experience is an advantage.
- You must be reliable, punctual, and have a caring, friendly disposition.
- A valid driving licence and own dependable transport are essential.
- UK residency is required, and we cannot provide working visas.
- Good working flexibility, including alternate weekends, is necessary.
