Night Operations Chef

We are a luxury hotel located in the heart of London, offering 203 spacious and comfortable rooms, including two ambassador suites and a presidential suite. Our hotel boasts stunning city and river views, signature Charlie Whinney pieces, and a convenient location, making it an ideal launchpad to explore the city.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in meal preparation and service during nighttime hours, working closely with senior chefs to ensure seamless operations.
- Learn and practice various cooking methods, with a focus on night operations, to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills.
- Perform tasks as directed by senior chefs, such as Sous Chef or Chef de Partie, to maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Help to receive, check, and store deliveries of fresh food and supplies, ensuring proper storage for night use.
- Observe and participate in different sections of the kitchen during night shifts to gain a deeper understanding of our operations.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with proven experience in culinary operations. You should have a strong willingness to learn and support the kitchen team, as well as foundational knowledge of food preparation techniques and a commitment to following food safety and hygiene standards.
